I called green dot and they were able to get someone out same day!! Nevada showed up not on time but early! Went to work and found the problem outside with our capacitor. He fixed it in no time, and then didn’t leave until we were both satisfied with the cool air that was great fully flowing out of my vents once again! Nevada was very helpful and made sure I didn’t have anymore questions or concerns. A+ definitely have my business again. Service: HVAC system repair

I had no air when I contacted GreenDot. It was over 100 outside and my house was 94 when I called them. They sent Jeremy as the tech and he quickly found I needed a new blower motor. This would take till the next day to get. I stayed in my house thinking it would be fixed the next day. When the supplier sent the motor and it was the wrong one and it would take another day to receive the right one! Needless to say I was in the house ALL DAY with no phone call to say it would take another day. It took a call from me after 6 that evening to find all this out.I rented a house for the night because I couldn't take another minute in the extreme heat. I told them I had to be out of the house by 10 in the morning the next day. It was after 10, the next morning and they still had not received my motor. The girl that answers the phone had to run to the suppliers to get my motor or it would have been another day till I would have air. It took 3 days to get the motor when all it took was Nicki to
