We are in a new house. There was an issue with a ceiling vent for the HVAC. We called Odyssey and a technician arrived within 36 hrs. He was polite, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Chris Pittman and his team fixed our hybrid hot water heater that was installed incorrectly by our builder's plumber (and had faulty parts). Our entire street had problems and they took the time to find out the root cause of the problem, reach out the manufacturer for us and get new parts. They completed the repairs quickly for our street and followed up several times to make sure everything was working as it should. They even dealth with the communication with our builder to make sure everything was covered by their warranty. I can't say enough good things about them!
