Our service technician, David Nelson Jr. arrived on time, he was courteous, professional , and repaired our tankless water heater quickly and efficiently because he came prepared with the necessary parts on the truck. I can call day or night and they are always there to help. The employees there are very nice and professional. The work that they do is great! Had my unit up and running within no time!
Work was done by unprofessional technicians and leadership is out to make a buck, with no care to the customer. Warranty they offer is only honored at their convenience and time, lucky if you get someone out to you in a month....hands down worst trades company in Wilmington.
