We had Scott quote on and then install a Brigg & Stratton 20kw generator. The entire crew was very professional and did a very good job installing all of the electrical components. They obviously take pride in their work.
Our technician called to let us know he was enroute and his projected time of arrival. They also sent a text with a very clear photo of him. When he arrived, he was clean and neatly dressed. He provided a clear assessment of what needed to be done. He also advised us of some additional information about our system for future planning. The cost was fair, and I will definitely call this company for future repairs. It's like having your own personal home electrician.
Mr. Sparky was able to get a technician out due to emergency and had me scheduled quickly. The technician (Devin) was awesome, professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with. Answered all my questions and completed repairs quickly so I was back up and running. I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky for all your electrical needs.
