This was an after hours service for our air conditioning that stopped functioning. Cody was on call and came during a thunderstorm after working all day. We had a malfunctioning zone board. Cody worked diligently for more than 2 hours troubleshooting but the zone board was not cooperating. So we will have to order a new zone board and be without air for several more days. The upside was Cody’s diligence, anttitude, and professional manner. Casey was the dispatcher who responded quickly. So thank you both for the good service late at night. I highly recommend Salt Air.
