June 26, 2023 Update: My 28 year old heat pump has lived it's last and today, Jim and Crystal installed a new one. Quick and exceptional service - Total Comfort Services is the absolute best and remains highly recommended!! Posted 4 years ago: Jim, Kurt and team provide exceptional service. I have been a satisfied customer for many years and have always found them to be honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend Total Comfort Services.
Jim and his crew at Total Comfort Services are the best! Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and very personable. My unit stopped working in the middle of a 3 week heat wave and within 2 days Jim and his crew installed a brand new unit even though they were extremely busy. I would recommend Total Comfort Services to anyone who has heating and air conditioning needs!
I had no heat in my house and the inside temperature was 58 degrees, with below freezing temperatures outside. Jim and Crystal arrived on time, and within three hours of my initial call which was very welcomed. The pair are very professional, honest, and fairly priced. As an example I attempted to remove an old thermostat and ended up breaking the thermostat in the process, while Jim was repairing the HVAC. Jim went out of his way to find a suitable used replacement from his truck to give me at no cost. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a quality repair by an honest tradesman.
