I had no heat in my house and the inside temperature was 58 degrees, with below freezing temperatures outside. Jim and Crystal arrived on time, and within three hours of my initial call which was very welcomed. The pair are very professional, honest, and fairly priced. As an example I attempted to remove an old thermostat and ended up breaking the thermostat in the process, while Jim was repairing the HVAC. Jim went out of his way to find a suitable used replacement from his truck to give me at no cost. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a quality repair by an honest tradesman. June 26, 2023 Update: My 28 year old heat pump has lived it's last and today, Jim and Crystal installed a new one. Called week after Christmas and Jim came on January 3rd to estimate our needs to replace our 19-yr American Standard HVAC. I got his quote later that day and an updated one in a day after we decided to slightly upgrade. I got 3 quotes and his was middle one but not far above the lower one, but his promptness and included longer labor warranty sold us. His installation guys were great and they were done in 6 hrs.
