Advanced Appliance Service

AC quit working yesterday and I was able to get it serviced today. Seth was prompt, personable but more importantly, competent. Fortunately it wasn’t anything major but he did notice a potential problem that we took care of. I felt cost of service today was very reasonable. I've utilized Advanced Appliance a few times through my home warranty with American Home Shield and I just want to mention Craig. This guy reached out with availability on a Saturday (4 days earlier than we were scheduled) to come fix our refrigerator. He was extremely responsive before and just as professional when he arrived. Repaired everything in no time and we were good to go. Appreciate Advanced Appliance but really thankful for Craig's help

Cinch has assigned Advanced Appliance Service for our clothes dryer, washer, garbage disposal, and air conditioning units. Most recently our water heater bursted. Advanced Appliance technicians were responsive, caring, professional, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable from initial assessment, ordering replacement and repairs. During the city inspection it was noted that the air handler pan had water in it. We called Cinch for maintenance and Advanced Appliance was assigned again! They promptly scheduled a tech (Jeremy), to assess. We were 100% satisfied with the quality of service he provided.as well as previous technician’s services! We wish we could remember every technicians’ names who have ever provided services to our home. Sorry we can’t.
