Everything was fine until the panel they installed fell onto my bathroom floor. I don't think it was ever sealed as you can see by the 2 photos attached. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Installation

AC quit working yesterday and I was able to get it serviced today. Seth was prompt, personable but more importantly, competent. Fortunately it wasn’t anything major but he did notice a potential problem that we took care of. I felt cost of service today was very reasonable. We always use Advanced because of their good service. Service: A/C system repair

Proceed with Caution - Incompetent Service by Advanced Appliance Service I am writing this review to warn others about the highly disappointing and incompetent service provided by Advanced Appliance Service, the company assigned to us through American Home Shield. Our experience with them has been nothing short of a costly and frustrating nightmare. After spending a substantial $11,000 on new HVAC units, we expected our problem to be resolved. However, the issue persisted, and we have had to endure nearly a dozen visits from Advanced Appliance Service over the past year, with no resolution in sight. To our dismay, we recently received a voicemail from Advanced Appliance Service, where they admitted their misdiagnosis and acknowledged that the problem actually lies within our ductwork. Shockingly, they claimed that they are "simply not set up to handle" ductwork issues. This revelation not only left us feeling deceived but also robbed of our hard-earned money. It is evident that Advance
