Advanced Appliance Service

I've utilized Advanced Appliance a few times through my home warranty with American Home Shield and I just want to mention Craig. This guy reached out with availability on a Saturday (4 days earlier than we were scheduled) to come fix our refrigerator. He was extremely responsive before and just as professional when he arrived. Repaired everything in no time and we were good to go. Appreciate Advanced Appliance but really thankful for Craig's help

AC quit working yesterday and I was able to get it serviced today. Seth was prompt, personable but more importantly, competent. Fortunately it wasn’t anything major but he did notice a potential problem that we took care of. I felt cost of service today was very reasonable. Ed is one of the most knowledgeable and professional in his field. He’s extremely respectful and patient and explaining the issue so that you would understand what you were getting for service. He definitely is a wonderful technician, and more importantly, a great asset to the company. Mike cooper, Jacob, Ed, Patrick, Walter and all of their office staff, it’s hard to find another company as wonderful as they are.
