Being in the real estate industry, I have worked with many contractors over the years. There are only a handful on my list of go to people who are good, knowledgeable, trust worthy and professional. Derrick Scales is definitely on that list! We are renovating an old house and had to practically rewire the whole house. Derrick was the only electrician who provided me with a detailed estimate. I felt his price was fair, but the main reason why I chose to go with Derrick was because I felt I could trust him.. To show up when he said he would, to complete the job and to somewhat stick to his estimate. We have enjoyed working with Derrick.
