Keith was the technician who came out to perform the winter maintenance service. He is excellent, professional, very thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. Keith provided in detail everything that was checked and completed. He answered all of my questions and provided helpful information. We have used Logan for many years and we highly recommend them. Thank goodness for our Logan Heating and Air maintenance contract! During our 6 month check-up, the technician found a "burnt" wire from a short - definite fire hazard. The technician installed the new part and wire. We were very thankful a disaster was averted!
