Quality service, responded immediately to my call, arrived on time, explained why I was having the problem (needed new pressure reducing valve), replaced it and also checked out and fixed another minor issue in my home, all while offering cheer and good conversation (and education.....I had no idea what a PRV was or why it was needed). James Joe and his brother Marcus came and taught me about the drain in my old house. They explained the problem I was dealing with, showed me how to fix it in the future, and even provided where to purchase what I might need in the event the problem reoccurs. They spoke gently to my kid who was curious to see what we were doing, yet didn’t waste any time taking care of the problem. I will definitely call JJ plumbing the next time I have an issue.

If you want fast and reliable service, this is the outfit to call. I had a broken water line in my front yard. Shortly after calling, JJ's appeared about 10 minutes ahead of our scheduled time. They assessed the situation and proceeded. He dug about a 12" hole and followed the water down about 3 feet and found the broken pipe. In addition to the repaired pipe he replaced a cutoff valve and the pressure valve. All this in about 2 hours and at a price of about half of what I was expecting. I give them the highest rating possible.
