Quality service, responded immediately to my call, arrived on time, explained why I was having the problem (needed new pressure reducing valve), replaced it and also checked out and fixed another minor issue in my home, all while offering cheer and good conversation (and education.....I had no idea what a PRV was or why it was needed). I had been paying so-called professional plumbers to come out and repair my water heater and it was never fixed! But when I finally called JJ’s plumbing, he came out right away and went to work! This man stayed on my premises until he knew for a fact that I officially had Hott water! Thank God my water heater is finally fixed after so many failed attempts!!!! Thank u JJ’s plumbing!
