No one wants plumbing problems, but when it happens, it’s nice to know who to call! We’ve had Mickey out for multiple issues. The service is excellent, and he and Susan couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. Always a pleasure to work with K-Ham! Highly recommend.
Mickey has always done an excellent job for us
Stopped by their office to pay my Invoice using a credit card. Information was taken down and passed along to the office manager. Received an emailed receipt and was SHOCKED to find I had been charged a surcharge. No one TOLD me such, otherwise i would have paid by cash or check. Had used them the previous month for a different issue and NEVER was given a heads up. Anyway, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. My wasted time and gas and basically paid the price of a gallon of gas to pay my bill. Ugh Service: Faucet installation
