I was so impressed with this company I have to write them a review. We had water leak into our bathroom during the last strong rainstorm and had another company out to assess what was going on with our roof. They found out a pipe boot was warped to the point it was allowing rainwater to flow in. We got our estimate from them and it was astronomical for ONE pipe boot! We called several other companies who either didn't call us back or estimated quite high from what we saw the average pipe boot replacement cost. When we called T.R.U.S.T. they answered right away, gave us a quote right away and it was actually reasonable! We set them up to come out the next day before the next round of rain and Ricardo came out exactly on time, was extremely professional and kind and got the job done quickly. He provided before and after photos of the job and took the time to educate us on the warping of pipe boots. We've had quite a bit of work since moving into our house and T.R.U.S.T. has been the best

They were timely, reliable, honest, prompt, and thorough. Ricardo arrived on time with estimates. Kelly shared pictures of roof colors to assist me with making the right choice; and she was very kind and patient. They answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. This couple was a pleasure to work with.
