Technician arrived when they said they would. He was there for less than an hour and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us save money by adding a service visit for air and heat. Chris Andrews was the service professional who came to do our AC routine maintenance check, and he was professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and informative. He didn’t push anything on us that we didn’t really need, but he also represented his company well by letting us know how our unit was doing and what we could likely expect from it in the coming months. Chris felt like having a friend in our home instead of a stranger. Hopefully Aireserv will do what they can to keep this guy.
