They did some work for me in the past (water softener) and did well. However, they dropped the ball on putting in a spout and valve in the shower. The spout was too far from the wall (big gap) and the copper lines were not soldered on correctly. Water poured down the ceilings. I called and left a message and nothing. However, before then they put the wrong shower turn on/off handle and broke next few days. I had to get my plumber once again to fix their job.

JP Plumbing has been a great company to work with. I have had them out multiple times over the past few years and each time I have been grateful for the quality work that they do. The most recent service I had from JP was a water heater change out and drain cleaning. Ken was the technician that completed the work and he was a top notch guy, very knowledgeable and efficient.
