I put an inquiry in and within 24 hours I had someone calling to schedule an appointment to come look at what I needed done. William Smith came, measured our windows, and helped us get exactly what we needed. He was quick, knowledgeable, and honest with what we were getting. This will be our second time using Hansons to get our window needs met; we did half our house 2 years ago and will finish them this year. Jessalee is extremely knowledgeable regarding Hanson's products, specifically vinyl siding. She took the time to give us a background regarding the Company, etc. She was also very helpful with our questions and concerns. Very friendly, and caring.
