Devon was great to work with. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He walked us through, and showed us what he was talking about before he got started to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything. We really appreciate that Burton was able to get someone out to us today.
I received notification of the time the person would arrive to service my air conditioning unit. He was very courteous, considerate when entering my house put on his shoe covers. Took lots of pictures and then explained everything to me the condition of my air conditioner with pictures. He represented Burton Heating and Air most professionally. I was at home alone and he came in and did what he had to do very professionally. You can be very proud of the service tech that came to my house today. I'm going to ask for him for my next appointment. He did not try to force any unnecessary repairs just to make money for the company. He did the inspection I signed the papers and he was done. John was great! Gave detailed explanation of what he was looking at and where there might be issues. Also was great to carry on conversations with while he worked through each component of the HVAC.
