Ace Handyman Services Omaha

Our Ace handyman was Boa. A very amicable, personable, man. He called the night before and introduced himself and told me when he would be arriving. He also alerted me when he was on his way, and when he arrived. He installed three curtain rods and put on the curtains, two grab bars in the bathroom, and a bead curtain over a doorway for our Granddaughter. He appeared to be knowledgeable about what he was doing. Everything looked great when he finished. I would recommend him. As for the business itself, I would have liked to have seen more professional attire, i.e., shirt with business logo and nice pants, shoes, etc. Also, would like to have seen newer, cleaner ladder, drill, tools, etc, being used. He had me sign the work agreement on his phone, which I’m sorry to say, was in bad shape. It wasn’t clean and the glass was cracked. I did not feel comfortable doing that because of the lack of cleanliness and I was afraid I would cut my finger. The company needs to find a better way to bil

This is the best company I’ve ever used for any home projects.I needed door and plumbing work done today and it went great!! I will be using Ace for all of my projects in the future and wish I had used them in the past. From the call this morning to schedule the appointment to the quality of the work done today I never was this happy. I’ve wasted a lot of money and frustration using other so called professionals with never feeling like the job was done right. If you need a project done right and with quality you really need to call Ace first!!!

Subpar work for maximum pay would never recommend to anyone. Paid for supplies that should have been on truck before he even arrived. Paid for person to go to store and buy items that I paid for that I should have been able to keep. Quite an amazing s Scam. Never received Receipt upon completion. Was willing to work with me when I was not happy with job. But should have absolutely ben done right the first time. Thank you Sherry for calming me and my family down and explaining the process.
