What a wonderful stress free experience. They handled our roof replacement from last years hail storm. They are currently fighting it out with our insurance company to get our gutters fully replaced. They were on time, cleaned up, and finished in one day. They got all of our damaged decking replaced as well and submitted it to insurance. Shout out to Michelle for her timely response to my inquiry, Matt for walking us through the contract and answering all of our questions, and Ryan for making sure the install were smoothly and following up. My insurance had an option for my claim for them (the insurance company) to hire one of their vetted contractors to do all the work. The contractor worked hand in hand with the insurance company so I did not have to get any quotes, dispute any upgrades or price differences. Had a couple questions on my final billing and Kat was more than happy to walk me through it all so I understood it. Would definitely use them again. We are very happy with our experience with Home Pride Roofing! Our project manager Aaron was great to work with during the whole process and was helpful in answering all of our questions. Kat in the office was amazing when it came time to handle the invoices, billing questions, etc at the end of the process. The roof looks amazing, the workers were quick and efficient.
