We paid hundreds to have an issue solved and it was only temporary. Unfortunately, the services aren't guaranteed, and when I called to request video footage, the owner was extremely rude and said they didn't have it because there wasn't a problem (even though I paid for them to use a camera and they didn't bother showing the footage while here). He talked around the issue at hand, telling me how long their snakes were and cameras cost for their vehicles, which is irrelevant when my issue is still persisting. The problem I paid for was not fixed and we have had thousands of dollars of damage as a result. Needless to say, I went with another company that has been taking great care of us and guarantees their work. I do not recommend this company.
