My neighbor called me today to say one of my vents was leaning. I asked him if he knew anyone to call. He recommended Jeff and text me his number. I called left a message and received a call back right away. He said he had a couple of jobs to check on and then he would stop by. Before I got home he already made the repair and sent me pictures of everything on the roof. Was able to pay digitally. I contacted Rooforia to clean my gutters. Due to bad weather and other circumstances, they were not able to do the job for a couple weeks. In order to complete the job before the weather turned bad, they hired a subcontractor to do the work. The subcontractor showed up when my wife was home, but I was not. He spent less than a half hour for a two story plus building and did a very poor job. I called to complain about the job. Brian from Rooforia called back and apologized. He personally came to the house, apologized again, brought a small gift, and stated Rooforia would "make the job right". I didn't expect anything more, but the next morning, they came and did an excellent job completing the gutter cleaning. I was very impressed by the customer concern shown, going beyond what was needed, the professionalism, and the quality of the completed job.
