Came home last evening to find our air conditioner was out. Got up this morning and made a call to thermal services, on a Saturday, and they had someone out here within two hours. Kyle was very polite, knowledgeable, and had us up and running in no time. Will definitely use thermal services again. Service: HVAC system maintenance
I had some issues with my cooling system and they came out and fixed it without any hassle. They did what they said they were going to without jerking me around. This is maybe my second year having the subscription and the Thermal people have really helped me out over that time.
On a 100+ degree day, our air conditioner quit working. I called Thermal and spoke with a very helpful woman. An hour later, the serviceman was here. Layne was friendly and did a fantastic job repairing it and got it running. I would highly recommend Thermal!!! Service: A/C system repair
