Absolutely APPALLING business! I called Tritz at the recommendation of a friend because I had some water backing up my main plumbing stack and leaking out of a connecting elbow. First, when I indicated what the problem was to the individual on the phone, they sent out a plumber who had been told a very different problem. I'd explained that the problem was a backup in our main sewer line, but they sent out someone to look at a leaking bathtub. It took the tech several hours to finally replicate the problem that I thought I had pretty clearly articulated on the phone. He came back the next day with a camera and attempted to snake the line, then attempted to use a blowbag to push debris through. The camera found sludge buildup, the plumber suggested that we likely had a belly in our main line. This work didn't solve the problem, but did push some debris into a connecting line which caused our basement to back up. They had to come back the next day to snake that side of the home. T
