Highly recommend this company! We tried working with a different roofing company. They sent someone inexperienced without the correct tools he needed to even check out what our roof problem was. Their office was unorganized and they sent their worker to the wrong house twice. It took forever for them to see us. We decided to call Hometown Roofing instead and they were so much more professional! Their specialist, Fred, came the day after we called and was very courteous and experienced. He had the correct tools needed to figure out what our problem was, and it turned out to be much more minor than we originally thought. We worked with Hometown to have our roof replaced after a massive hail storm. In short, I would 100% recommend them and use them again if we needed more roof or gutter work. They were super easy to work with: our primary contact was Darrin. Any time I called the office with questions, I had a callback from Darrin in under an hour. They helped us address an insurance problem (we needed additional photos) after they had completed the work and were already paid. The photos were sent to us in under an hour of our request. The actual roof replacement was fast and easy for us. The crew cleaned up the surrounding area. I'd highly recommend working with Hometown. We've worked with several contractors for various house projects over the years and the experience with Hometown has been the best thus far. The only comment is that Hometown had us sign a contract up front that we would use them for all roof repairs under our home insurance claim and to pay them the full amount provided to us on the

Hometown was very helpful and did a quality job on our roof after the storms last summer. Our roof was concrete asbestos tiles, so we wanted to be sure to get a contractor we could trust to properly deal with that issue. They did a great job, and installed a very nice, high quality new roof. Darrin Richardson was a great associate and was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process.
