We worked with Hometown to have our roof replaced after a massive hail storm. In short, I would 100% recommend them and use them again if we needed more roof or gutter work. They were super easy to work with: our primary contact was Darrin. Any time I called the office with questions, I had a callback from Darrin in under an hour. They helped us address an insurance problem (we needed additional photos) after they had completed the work and were already paid. The photos were sent to us in under an hour of our request. The actual roof replacement was fast and easy for us. The crew cleaned up the surrounding area. I'd highly recommend working with Hometown. We've worked with several contractors for various house projects over the years and the experience with Hometown has been the best thus far. The only comment is that Hometown had us sign a contract up front that we would use them for all roof repairs under our home insurance claim and to pay them the full amount provided to us on the

He made it so absurdly easy and straightforward with all of the info and what things would look like and cost. Not only that, but we had a huge financial roadblock unexpectedly, and he was patient beyond belief and completely understanding, and worked with us even though it would take months on our end to get things sorted out. Everyone should raise the roof for this company and for Darrin, and yes that pun is intended.
