I needed a yearly cleaning on my oil burner. I tried three other places and never got a response. Then I remembered we were happy with Daigle in the past so I responded to a text they sent me. They responded within a couple days snd got us booked within a week. The service tech was thorough and professional and the lady on the phone was also. I will go to them first now. The guy came a little late, but was very friendly. Had some good advice and appear to do a good job. However, even in a couple days later, I can't get over the price. It cost me $385 for an hour's worth of work and a $70 part. Includes a warranty. They also have a maintenance plan you can get on that will give you a fifty percent discount. I don't think that's worth it. Even with the fifteen percent off there's still very expensive. I don't think they're a good value So I probably will not I'll use them again. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew as soon as he inspected the leak in the cellar that it was not the kitchen sink(though there is a small leak in the sink) but the shower in the master bedroom. Wrote up an estimate and gave us our options no pressure and gave us a week to decide what we wanted to do. He is the best,do not let him go!!!!
