Derry Plumbing & Heating

During the recent -10-degree weather this past week our furnace decided to stop working. We tried to press the reset the button without luck and began reaching out to the oil company that supplies us with our home heating oil and a few others and although each had a an “emergency number” none answered. We left messages with hopes that somebody would call back. To our relief, Derry Plumbing and Heating reached out within the hour. The gentleman on the phone was extremely nice and asked a number of questions in order to get an understanding of what the issue was, and said he could have a technician to our house within a few hours. About an hour later Tyler, the technician, called to let us know that he would be at our home in about 20 minutes. It did not take him long to identify the problem and he had us back up and running quickly. He spent the extra time with me to understand what had happened and before he left made sure that the heating zones in my house were working properly.

Tyler and Aaron have been to my home twice. They're lovely guys, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. I'm delighted with the work they've done. Every step was explained and they completed the work in a timely fashion, competently, and professionally. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Had a leak coming from my a/c unit in the attic. Two other plumbers couldn't find the problem. Tyler tracked it down and not only found the problem, but also fixed it in good time and a reasonable price. I'd recommend Derry Plumbing and Heating to everyone!
