Sanford was recommended to me by my neighbor to replace my defective heating system about a year ago. I called them and they promptly attended to our needs and recommended the necessary fix - they replaced the old system with a thankless heating system and I have been extremely happy with the work perfomed. Had a tank-less water heater system installed. When the water heater tank appeared to be leaking they came out that day to look at it. Determined it needed to be replaced. They emptied the 40 gallons of water in the tank. We scheduled a date for the replacement as we leaving the next day for a weeks vacation. They followed up with text verification of the time and date. Allowed us to change the arrival time. They arrived on time that day. Installation looks great and the water heater works great. Installers were pleasant and helpful.
