Dealing with this company was one of the best experiences I've ever had as a homeowner. They were always timely and responsive, which are 2 of the most important things to us. The quality of their work is amazing and their reputation as one of the best roofing companies in South Jersey is well deserved. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Doug was really on top of things for our project and made sure everything was nice and smooth. Josh, who is the son of the company's owner was by far and away my favorite person to deal with. We were very happy from the moment we met with the salesperson until the crew pulled out after installing siding, gutters and capping all windows and doors. My house was installed with new roof, siding and gutter by Alan Cherry in December 2022. I honestly have nothing but the absolute great comments of them. 1. I interviewed 3 companies and Sal from Alan Cherry made the best offer to accommodate what I wanted with an affordable price. 2. The install team of five led by Marvin, the team lead, was knowledgeable and all of them worked very efficiently. What amazed me most was the teamwork among them. 3. I did a walk-through after the job was completed and identified areas of concern; Doug, the supervisor form Alan Cherry, who also made daily round at the house, had the team to address them immediately. 4. I made extra request such as painting of the pipe on the side of the house and chimney cover to match the siding color, bird guard covers for ventilation pipes and extra caulking in some areas.
