He was friendly and professional, and took time to address my concerns and answer my questions. I typically don’t like to leave reviews when I’ve had a negative experience. Instead I try to work with the company to get it resolved. Unfortunately, after more than five calls to this company over the course of one month with a promise for assistance and zero action, I am left with no choice. I originally reached out to this company to assist me with assessing my HVAC system after an extremely high bill in December – this was my first month in my new home using heat. The gentleman who came out was extremely kind and professional, and stated that he would need a senior technician to join him as he believed there was a wiring issue. The company scheduled the return appointment very quickly, and the two technicians, including the original, came back. While they were there, I asked them to install a Nest thermostat I’d bought several months prior. After attempting, the senior technician said that there was something potentially faulty about the thermostat as it was not working correctly
