Alan came on time and was very respectful of my time and home. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when diagnosing my issues and went above and beyond ensuring my repair was complete the same day and we had heat (as it was blistering cold that day!). Alan evaluated my whole system and walked me through the services they perform. I will always request Alan on future appointments. We replaced our old system with a new furnace and central air conditioner from Horizon. It is very efficient and we are very pleased with it. We have them perform yearly checkups and have always been impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and attention to our needs. Great experience from Horizon! Started when Jeff provided service on our old system. He was able to repair it but showed us how we our old 20 year units needed replacement. We then had Tony Gonzalez to the house and he was fantastic. Walked us through and we were very comfortable with the estimate and then purchased 2 AC units for our home. The appointment was set up and within 4 days Andrew and his team of Talon, Joshua and others were out on Sunday. They were on time , very professional, respectful of our house and did a great job!!
