I’d give 6 stars if I could. This was the second time Mike has serviced our home and he was just as courteous and professional as the first visit. Answered all of my questions and did a very thorough job as well as provided suggestions on how to keep the system running efficiently. I will not hesitate to use Brighton again if needed. Very honest company. They don’t replace what can be fixed. Fixed a nagging HVAC issue. Had a large company come out and tell me my 7 year old system needed replacing for a whopping 17k. I knew that wasn’t right but all these big companies don’t trouble shoot, they just sell. Facebook recommended Brighton. I spoke to Lisa and requested a quote for a new system. She heard the history of my repairs and insisted she have someone look at if first. Glad she said that! The repairmen were stumped. Said nothing was wrong with the unit. But they took the time to really talk to me. Through that convo we diagnosed the issue! It turned out my roofers didn’t set the new attic fan to the right setting. Rich fixed that and also explained how to troubleshoot issues for future repairs. He told me what can be fixed and what can’t. Super honest guy. They’re a little pricier than my old company but they’re a lot more honest so I’ll go with them. Honesty counts and is rare. Services: HVAC system repair, A/C
