I dont regularly leave reviews, but when a company is so deserving I make it a point. Alliance is top notch, a well run company with excellent service technicians. I highly recommend them. This is the second time I have used them. (Pipe burst and then new water heater). I can't say enough about Tom and secondly Charles. You will not be disappointed!! I used Alliance for my sewer line replacement. The work was fine and it was a decent price however my front yard was left in shambles. They left mud everywhere even in my walkway and when they refilled the dirt it was left uneven and my pipes are left exposed. That dirt should've been leveled and packed tight. The rain has made it worse because more dirt has washed away from the pipe exposing it more. I have to hire someone else to level the dirt or do it myself. When my sister called Alliance regarding this issue she was told that's normal. This is in no way normal and it's frustrating especially dealing with replacing a sewer line as a new homeowner. Arrived promptly within 2 hour time frame provided during initial phone call. Performed emergency repair due to pipe burst. Technician Tom was absolutely fantastic, professional and knowledgeable.
