It’s always a pleasure to deal with Ashley on the phone when I schedule my appointments. And Miguel, the service tech, is the best. He conducted my Fall routine service this past week. I’m always impressed with his courteous and professional demeanor. When I ask a question (as I did about my thermostat) he drops what he’s doing and searches out the answer — if he doesn’t know it outright. We had several light fixtures installed and some new wiring performed. The electricians Joe and Ray were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Ashley in the office was attentive to our service request and with the adding on of other items. I called a lot of electricians for an estimate for replacing outlets. Some of the other companies never came out. But Raynor Service came out on time and me a excellent price to replace all of outlets that I requested. Excellent customer service from beginning to end.
