It was Christmas Day I thought our day was ruined. Rotor Rooter showed up in the time frame appointed to us. Did a great job and unclogged our sewer line. I couldn’t believe they answered the phone on Christmas Day! Service: Sewer cleaning
Service technician Joseph arrived on time and was very professional. After inspecting the problem area he was able to explain the issues in language I could easily understand. He was very knowledgeable and courteous the entire time in my home. If Joseph was in the carpentry trades instead of plumbing I would have offered him a position with my company on the spot.
