A1 Everlast

After using A1 3 times in the past, I decided to call them for an estimate for another project. They came out, gave me a verbal estimate and then called in to the office to see if the price could be reduced with a coupon. The estimator reduced the amount and I agreed to the new price. The estimator wrote up the job and I gave him a check. The estimator told me someone would be in touch during the week. Over a week went by, my check was cashed and no one called me. When I called back in the 2nd week, I was told someone would get in touch with me by the end of the week. The 3rd week came with no one calling me so I called back. I was told someone would call me back. Well someone did call me back to tell me that the job was under-estimated and they wouldn't be doing the work. I was stunned and loudly questioned how it could have been under-estimated since the estimator called in for pricing. And why didn't anyone call me? And why was my check cashed? The person I spoke to was arrogant and

I just purchased a house that had a very old roof. So I called A1 Everlast a based on their good reviews. Tim passed by and gave me an estimate and told me the truth as to what was needed, which we already knew but it was reassuring. They came in and did the job and we are very pleased with it. Eddie was very easy to work with and answered all my of questions. They cleaned our roof and power washed the siding well. He pointed out possible problems we might have in the future too. Friendly and communicative, would recommend.
