I contracted A1 for a chimney repair, but when I used the fireplace , smoke filled my attic, I had them return, and they informed me that I would have to install a liner, though they never tested the first job for leaks and charged me the full amount. Also, the flue pull chain was poorly fixed to the chimney, and I had to repair it a few months after the job.I requested they repair a leak on part of the house and it was not done.I also had them replace a garage roof but they failed to replace an area on the back and water leaked in over winter damaging stored items. Eight phone calls, and discussions with multiple employees, specifically Timothy, lead to pledges to come back and finish the job 4 times, but never materialized. They did a fine job repairing the house access to the chimney, and the rest of the garage roof is fine. Not recommended Services: Chimney repair & restoration, Roof installation
