Flex Electric installed a whole house generator for us. The lead time from deposit to installation was extremely long with many excuses. I would suggest that someone be present for the whole time workers are present. Be sure the company representative is present at all times, language was a definite issue The work was completed and passed the town inspection.
How can they send this Review request, at this point? We are creditors against Flex when they declared Bankruptcy, after taking deposits from close to 100 customers for home generators, And never delivering their product. But now, Flex is trying to get back being just a regular electrician, not dealing with Generators. He needs to remain in business in order to pay back all his creditors. Please give Flex all the electrical business you can.
I payed more than $13000 down payment for installation of two generators in my house. They keep postponing the installation for different reasons like township permits and supply on the generators and finally they declared bankruptcy and now case is in the court and there are several people like me.
