We used John as a handyman for the first time yesterday and were very satisfied. He came by once before our job and gave us a fair estimate while here (no back and forth emailing). The day of the job he was prompt, knowledgable, personable, and overall a pleasure to work with. When we ran into problems installing the unit we wanted -- John did not leave us hanging. We thought we had all the parts needed for instillation but some did not come in the packaging (which we had not yet opened) John offered to drive to home depot to get the parts we needed that I did not have for the instillation and make sure the job was finished before he left. He did not try to charge more because we didn't have all the necessary components and needed to make an unexpected trip to home depot -- but instead he helped make sure the job would be completed and had allotted himself enough time between jobs that we were never rushed. John provided excellent, high quality, professional services at fair pricing. John's team fixed a leaky roof, put in a new light panel cover, adjusted a lock, replaced several door hinges, and removed a lighting fixture. John responded promptly to all messages and scheduled to do the work quickly. All work was done efficiently and expertly. John was present on site throughout and personally directed his team. John honestly discussed the available options with me and performed all work as I requested. I will ask for John's help with future home repairs/upgrades.
