They got our condo sold! After putting our condo on the market twice over the past couple years and getting LOWBALL offers, we hired Angel to do a remodel. The process was so easy and went flawlessly. Angel was great at explaining what could be done to add value cost effectively. They did an outstanding job and it was completed in the time promised. It looked so amazing we almost didn’t want to move! When we put our condo up for sale there was a total of 12 condos for sale in our association and we got the first offer. We know the only reason it was chosen over the others was because of Smart Solutions! We will definitely use them again!
Smart Solutions did an amazing job building a deck on the second for of our house this last summer. My wife and I could not believe how fast it took. Angel, the owner, was very respectful of our needs and we enjoyed the entire process with him. It was a blast to watch and now my wife and I can enjoy our beautiful Manhattan Skyline view right outside our bedroom!
Hired smart solutions for a full renovation at my new house, they were excellent since our first consultation appointment, always on time and they keep you updated every day with pictures and videos, they handled my permit applications, architect and engineer drawings, demolition, framing, electric, plumbing, Hvac drywall, finishes, kitchen design... And much more, I felt confident of Angel managing the project and it was a layed back and enjoy experience.
