We hired Smar tSolutions to fully renovate our “new-to-us” house that had not been touched since 1958. We dreamed about remodeling (thanks, HGTV), but really had no idea what it entailed. Angel was the perfect contractor for us because of his experience and attention to detail. He involved us in the entire process without overwhelming us. You’d think all the decisions would be fun, but discussing everything from light placement to backsplash tiles that “pop” is harder than you think. Angel asked questions to understand our overall aesthetic (think lots of Pinterest pictures) and he provided the perfect amount of input to help us achieve it. He provided us information on all of the outside resources we’d need (i.e. countertop vendor, fireplace vendor, etc.) which we valued given that we didn’t have any experience. Hired smart solutions for a full renovation at my new house, they were excellent since our first consultation appointment, always on time and they keep you updated every day with pictures and videos, they handled my permit applications, architect and engineer drawings, demolition, framing, electric, plumbing, Hvac drywall, finishes, kitchen design... And much more, I felt confident of Angel managing the project and it was a layed back and enjoy experience. This was the best experience we ever had hiring a contractor. We did a kitchen renovation, Angel the owner of the company was beyond professional, handled our project since the beginning, helped us with the design and it was very enjoyable working with him, he made sure everything was done properly,helped us shop trough his suppliers and got us a great deal with the cabinets. We cant wait to have Smart solutions completing our bathroom this summer
