I’m a local resident in Bayonne, just needed my mini split serviced, saw the great reviews and said why not My appointment had a 3 hour window, service tech never came, not even a phone call I HAD TO CALL THEIR OFFICE TO SEE IF HE WAS STILL COMING! Asked to speak to manager, it’s been 3 days, still waiting for a call back. Then after 3 hours they asked if I wanted to reschedule?! I will never use this company ever again Not reliable, not dependable, don’t count on them for anything. I’m pretty sure they won’t stand by their quality of work either.
