Our sewer line was clogged on a Saturday morning. Roto Rooter arrived within 1 hour of being called, and our line was cleared an hour later. The technician who responded, Teddy, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and made sure we understood how to prevent the same problem in the future before he left. The price for the job was extremely reasonable, and if the manner in which it was completed is an indication of the quality of work one can expect from a plumbing company, Rooter Rooter is certainly at the top of their profession.
