Jorge is a genius! Our AC just recently busted in the midst of a lot of family being in town. Jorge came to our house on an emergency basis on a Saturday morning (when he isn’t technically working) to check the unit and identify the problem. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to get the part until Monday. But he came up with an ingenious trick to keep the AC running a few days, because we have small kids in the house. Jorge is amazing, very smart, capable and clearly a good hearted person. We will without a doubt use him for all of our HVAC needs and are so grateful that he squeezed in some time to help us.
Jorge did a great job. He quickly identified the issue and explained everything clearly and transparently. Jorge fixed our issue and checked that everything was working perfectly before leaving. 100% would contact again.
