Platinum Heating & Cooling

In the beginning of the last heating season our system refused to start heating on some of the coldest days. I called Platinum and the guys came over right away. At this time I have called multiple other companies who either did not answer, could not come for 6-8 weeks or did not show up at all for our scheduled visits. I received an estimate that did not change even after having to spend two days trying to figure it out after the replacement part turned out to be faulty and just changing it with another new one did the job at the end. They made sure they were not missing any hidden failures along the whole system. The were clean, polite and happy to be doing what they were doing. They are not cheap, but they will get it done and they guarantee their work and PARTS. Would recommend and use them again.

Platinum Heating & Cooling installed two a/c units in our house. From the first call, the initial visit, receiving a quote and the units being installed and operational, took less than a week.
