I had 2 valves, one shower that I could no longer adjust the hot and cold and one tub that was leaking in my 20 yo + home. AHS sent out a "plumber" to repair them. Bottom line 1) didn't attempt to repair shower, so still could not adjust hot or cold and 2) stopped leak in #2 but I couldn't adjust the hot or cold. Needed a "real" plumber to come out and properly assess what the issues were. 702PlumbAIR sent Victor who was amazing from the jump. He explained in detail the issues and with a bit of a struggle, especially in the shower, fixed both. Now I have no leaky tub valve and I can adjust the hot and cold in shower and tub. Best AC company in Las Vegas hands down. This is the only company I'll use. The very first company we had come out (very big company with really annoying radio commercials... they don't do things the easy way or the right way), took things apart and quoted us $30,000 for a whole new system. They didn't put anything back together and left. This company not only fixed everything, they put everything back together. Everything looks so much better and cleaner and nicer than it did before. My water heater was not giving us hot water. 702PlumbAir were very nice over the phone, very professional. They sent George and Brandon out to our place and we could not have been happier with the service. They got our water heater fixed in less than 2 hours. Both George and Brandon were very nice, and very professional. They explained what needed to be done and why. 5/5 highly recommended!
