Danny and Stanley were amazing. They did a total re pipe in 2 days. Approximately 42 hours of labor. Very professional and hard working. They took a half hour lunch and that was it. Non stop work. Great guys. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
Did a great job installing a new water heater when my old water heater decided to give up the ghost and leak all over the garage. George and Brandon came a couple hours after I called them, diagnosed the failure, removed the old water heater, and installed the new one in a few hours as well as replacing the water softener. Will be calling them again when I need plumbing services! Service: Water heater installation
Very professional and courteous. Arrived within promised window. I was a little frustrated that the technician discussed repair and cost with tenant when I specifically said I (property manager) was to be the point of contact. The tenant took responsibility for the mistake because they thought they were paying for repairs. I was taken back at the charge to fix a toilet that was just loose to the floor with rusted bolts in a 2016 built home. There was no leak and nothing wrong with toilet but cost was almost $500. And that was with a military discount. I was told by technician that even though a new flange and wax ring are like 25 bucks they charge by the job and since he had to remove toilet and put back it's considered a whole new toilet install, etc. I didn't want my tenants to be without a toilet so we just went with them to save time and headache. I probably won't call again for a simple fix like this. Will call my handyman next time. But workmanship and employees were all great. W
