They came on a hurry to fix a leak on a triplex building built by D.R. Horton Ranch Community for first light. A unit sink cold water line was nailed through. Took 10 years to rust/disintegrate for the leak to leak on the 103 units ceiling. Thank you for coming so quick and getting the leak stopped asap!

From the people answering the phone to the plumber they sent, Brandon K. I have to say they were awesome, Brandon is a great asset to this company. I had to have 2 appointments due to getting a new counter top. They showed up the day before to undo all plumbing, and came back the next day as scheduled as put all back to together and replace corroded shut off valves. I had a complicated drain issue, and Brandon from Superior came and did the troubleshooting, diagnosed the problem quickly, and addressed it in the most non-invasive way possible. He took care to prevent any messes, wore booties in our home, and cleaned up after himself. He was in uniform, and I received text messages letting me know he was on his way. I would be proud to have him as an employee, and if he is representative of all of Superior’ people, I would highly recommend them.
