I oversee a large portfolio of commercial office buildings in the Las Vegas and Summerlin markets and I have had the opportunity to use Harbro on a number of small and large projects over the last 6 years. The Las Vegas team is extremely responsive and professional and the end result has always been pristine. Dan and Christina's teams are first class and they get the job done quickly and thoroughly. When you have to make a call for disaster recovery you are not having your best day or week but this team works with you and makes you feel like you are their only client. The communication flows and they are very transparent when they find issues. Their team has always come to me with solutions not problems and I have come to rely on their vast knowledge and experience.

I had a small kitchen flood in which I used BluSky restoration services in July 2022. They worked fast to get the job fixed. The issue I have with them is billing and communication. Without going into details because it has been so exhausting, It took 9 months for BluSky and my insurance company to resolve the issue which was a nightmare. It is now finally resolved as of April 2023. Not one time did anyone from BluSky care about my concerns when it came to billing especially when I was the only one who was active in the emails and who always responded quickly. It was when I left an honest review, that the owner reached out to try to make things right. If you want fast and good work then yes, use BluSky just be aware of the costs and the lack of communication that may occur between BluSky, yourself and insurance company. I felt blind sided at the end and I had to pay the consequences. Service: Water damage-related mold removal
