Chris Ivory was the technician I had at my residence. Chris is professional, punctual, personable, knowledgeable, fair, patient, and has high ethical standards. Chris takes the time to explain his work to clients and is transparent about what to expect and the costs associated with each job. I haven't met any of the other workers for this establishment; however, I can tell you that Chris puts a very positive light on this company. Chris is definitely management material. One thing to keep in mind is that the prices are a bit high; however, at least in my case, knowing that Chris will get the job done right gives me peace of mind. This morning, David Moore, of Blue Apple, removed the existing fluorescent light fixtures in my kitchen and replaced them with new LED fixtures. He was on time, EXTREMELY polite, professional, easily answered all my questions and even cleaned up the boxes and debris before he left. I have been using Blue Apple for all my electrical needs for about three years and have been completely happy with their work and their staff. I used them recently for some plumbing work, also, and was completely satisfied. They even saved me a lot money on the plumbing job.
