Chris Ivory was the technician I had at my residence. Chris is professional, punctual, personable, knowledgeable, fair, patient, and has high ethical standards. Chris takes the time to explain his work to clients and is transparent about what to expect and the costs associated with each job. I haven't met any of the other workers for this establishment; however, I can tell you that Chris puts a very positive light on this company. Chris is definitely management material. One thing to keep in mind is that the prices are a bit high; however, at least in my case, knowing that Chris will get the job done right gives me peace of mind. The service person spent over an hour and could not figure out the reason for non functional outlets in the garage and laundry room. He disassembled every plug ( functional and non functional ones). He went up the attic where the heating and equipments are. He disarrànged the insulations. In short, he made a lot of mess without figuring out the problem. I tried to stop him before he completely tears down the house. Be mindful, the problem was mostly in the garage and adjacent laundry room. Very disappointing and scary experience. Watch out, folks. Our technician Eric was great! Very personable and very professional. Explained everything he would be doing and gave us information on how to maintain our equipment.
