My water heater was down late Saturday night. , called them around 2 in Sunday afternoon. They managed to send a technician the same day. Matt, one of theirs technician showed up within half an hour after the phone call. Matt was friendly and very professional. After his inspection, he informed the situation to me and offered me different options with reasonable price. I ended up replacing the heater. Matt did a phenomenal job, professional and efficient. I noticed water leaking out of the bottom of my hot water tank. I called up Vegas plumbing service as they were the ones who originally installed it. I found out it was still under warranty so they would just charge me for the install and not a new water heater. I was impressed at how quickly they got me onto the schedule and had James come over to do the install. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything upfront and did a fantastic job. Without a doubt, if I ever have a plumbing problem or a garage door problem, I will contact them back. Highly Recommend!
