My Mom who is disabled, had a toilet issue. I contacted AA Cassaro Plumbing, and they were there THAT VERY DAY first on their list. I was a priority to them. They made me feel like a VIP from the start. They advised me on ALL of my options, and was THERE FOR EVERY STEP to make sure ME the customer was HAPPY.. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you TOMMY and ADA and Jennifer and Jacob for EVERYTHING and of course Mr. Cassaro for ALL KNOWING CUSTOMER FIRST!

No words can truly describe how important they made me feel. We had a sewer back up problem which turned out to be tree roots clogging up our sewer line. From the very moment they made contact with me to the moment they completed the work of restoring the line the way it was suppose to function they acted and treated me in a very professional manner. They explained from the start what had to be done and how long it would take. They were true to their word and we experienced very inconvenience. The plumber who actually did the work ( Ben ) was very knowledgeable and explained and showed us what had clogged up the line. But I believe that the person who made us feel more at ease and handled getting our insurance company to authorize work to begin immediately was Denise Miller. She knew that we had sewer back-up into our newly tiled bathroom floors on 2 occasions and made sure repairs would start before it would happen again. What a godsend she was. My company has literally spent thousands of dollars with this plumbing company. Every time they came for the same issue they sent a different plumber so we would have to explain the situation over and over again each time. Every single plumber that came out offered a different solution at varied levels of cost to us and our landlord. We have old pipes and tampons, wipes, and toilet paper get stuck in there. They suggested a clean-out after coming multiple times to the location to snake the pipes because they said that we would be able to snake it ourselves, which cost hundreds of dollars, and that didn't work and we couldn't snake it ourselves. They suggested that we flush the pipes, we did this twice, costing hundreds of dollars, that didn't work. They came and snaked no less than 6 times over a six month time period. The last time they came I was out of town and my assistant was there. They snaked and reported that there was actually nothing wrong with the line, but happily c
