We scheduled our annual water heater service. Hawthorn came out on time (text 20 minutes before with a photo of the technician). Entire servicing was done in a very professional fashion. They replaced the anode rod which I supplied. Left my house clean. Very pleased with the service (this is the 10th year that they have come out for this service. Each time excellent service)
Although things started off on the wrong foot, manager, Angel Martinez, handled the situation beautifully. Mr Martinez replied immediately to my concern with professionalism and knowledge. He truly wanted to please me and have a happy and satisfied customer. Chris, the plumber, did an excellent job installing my new toilet, and within minutes after my new toilet was installed, Mr Martinez contacted me to see if I was happy with the new toilet.
