Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling Las Vegas

I got Hawthorne from AO Smith (Lowes vendor) to fix defective bib faucet on a water heater under warranty. The Hawthorne tech came out, diagnosed and got authorization from AOSmith to do the job, but the tech said his manager told him Hawthorne wouldn't do it. I called AOSmith and they said they said they never heard such a thing and told me to get my own plumber and I would be reimbursed. Hawthorne is the only authorized AOSmith plumber in Las Vegas. The fix is simple. Drain water heater, unscrew faucet, screw in new faucet and turn back on. I got the part free from Lowe's. I won't be using Hawthorne. Very unprofessional.

The furnace inspection service was very thorough and helpful to us — we have 2 furnaces/AC units. He took electronic measurements from the actual controller boards and helped us make a decision to replace one of the capacitors.
