Sean Brown was my technician. He was very professional very respectful very thorough. Felt very comfortable with going with his bid. The guys that installed it got right to the job and they were done in a day. Amazing thank you for your help. You guys are wonderful. My experience started with Jose Valencia he was very steadfast and pleasant to deal with. He drove way out to my property just to inspect my current system, and he REALLY INSPECTED IT. It wasn't a plain, yeah. You need a new system kind of deal. He explained and showed me all the current issues with my then system, then provided me with options of repair and / or replacing its entirety. I opted to replace my system and within a week I had installers out and working with a brand new system they installed everything and did it very well they did not skip a beat. The fan on our AC went out around 1 pm on a Wednesday. Our home warranty required us to use a company other than Sierra; not only did I need to call them, but they refused to even speak with me until they had the dispatch. This wasted 2.5 hours. Once they were willing to schedule, the soonest they could come out was the following Tuesday; a whole week!! We immediately called Sierra. They were compassionate, professional and set our expectations for service; same day! (it was already 3:30). They were apologetic that they couldn’t guaranty a time; but promised it would be same day. We received a text within 30 min and the technician was at my front door within the hour. He assessed the situation within 5 min, made the repair and was on his way in 30 min. He was polite, kind, understanding and professional. We will NEVER use another company for our heating and AC! Thanks to all that saved the day for us. We cannot thank you enough!!!
