Incredible customer service from Advantage Air and Skylar. Always on time and a thorough professional with a great work ethic. Good old fashioned customer service. He helped by explaining and showing what was needed to be done to correct issues with replacing a 20+ years old AC unit on our condo. Very accessible. If you got his voicemail he'd call back ASAP. He got the job done quickly while having to work around the AC unit shortages from factory shutdowns because of Covid-19. Fair and reasonable pricing in comparison to the many other companies in town but believe he was a step above and beyond the others. Will refer him to anyone we know seeking HVAC work. Will definitely call him when the AC needs done on our home.
